Week C3: ‘The Secret’: How to Stop the Depression, Anxiety, Self-Doubt, and Unhappiness

signs2pngAre you full of great ideas, but never see any of them turn into real life?

Do you question if you’ll ever really make it?

Do all of your projects end in failure?

Are your relationships more disappointing than fulfilling?

Do you wonder ‘Is that all there is?’

There was a time I could answer ‘YES’ to all of the above..

But there was a part of me that knew there had to be more. I just didn’t know how to get it.

There were countless Gurus who gladly showed me the way…..

  1. Harv Ecker has fabulous programs which not only have great content, but are captivating to delve into.
  2. Then there’s Brian Tracy, undoubtedly one of the most successful ‘Self-Help’ teachers of the last several decades!  He’s written numerous books and developed many programs designed to increase your business acumen.
  3. And let’s not forget Robert Kiyosaki. Rich Dad Poor Dad is an all-time classic discussion of wealth building if there ever was one.
  4. Steven Covey’s timeless work, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People also deserves a top placement on anyone’s list.

The Self-Help/Self-Improvement industry is a billion dollar business, and IF you actually follow fork-in-the-roadthrough and do the work, your life will change, and change for the better.  One reason these guys are successful is that they provide tremendous value.

That’s a mighty big ‘IF’, however.  As a consumer of a lot of their books and courses,  as someone who invested tens of thousands of dollars searching for that magic ‘something’ that would transform my life, I can attest to the truth of that old saying, “The road to Hell is paved with good intentions.”

I was the Champion of ‘Been There. Done That. Bought the T-Shirt. Sold a Few.’

I would leave these courses and events loaded with material and excitements, intending to put it all together and FINALLY achieve the levels of success in every area of my life that I deserved.

why-am-i-depressedBut I just could not put the programs into play in my life. There was so much information, so many ideas, so many things to implement…..I would surrender to overwhelm, and just like most people on overwhelm, I fell back into old habits and gave up on myself ever being able to get it done.

In September, 2013, that pattern in my life ALMOST caused me to say NO to the Master Key Experience. Something seemed different, so against my better judgement, I enrolled.

Not only did I successfully complete the program, but I successfully established the habits of successful living that the course promised when I signed up. Here is a very short list of what I have accomplished as a result of the Master Keys.

  1. I became a certified Pranic Healer
  2. I became a certified Pranic Healing Instructor
  3. Our business outgrew our building and we had to relocate to a larger facility in order to accommodate continued growth.
  4. I learned how to love myself, and my life.
  5. I became the master of my emotions.
  6. Self-Doubt and second-guessing myself totally disappeared from my reality
  7. My relationships with friends grew deeper and richer.
  8. I developed laser-sharp focus.
  9. We purchased a new home overlooking both a lake and the mountains.
  10. I learned how to help others discover their life purpose and passion.

Enrolling in the Master Key Mastermind Experience revolutionized my life and changed the Sacrificeway I look at everything.  It can do the same for you. The course is offered once a year. It’s 6 months long. One reason people finish and finish strong is the hands-on, one-on-one support provided to every member by a personal Guide.

Oh….and it only cost me $1.00 to get started.

You deserve this!  Leave your name and email below to get on the Early Bird Notification list.  You’ll be glad you did.

The Master Key Experience: Week C2 – Quicksand Quagmires Getting You Down?

quagmire-word-nerdDo you love your life? ALL of it? How about MOST of it?  Unfortunately, many people cannot answer YES to any of those questions.  Why is that?  Could it be that most people find themselves living out the expectations placed upon them by the systems in which they operate?

The Quicksand Quagmires of life:

  • Family Systems
  • Community Systems
  • Religious Systems
  • Employment Systems
  • Legal Systems
  • Political Systems
  • Government Systems

YIKES!!!! How can anyone successfully navigate all of that and live a life of passion and purpose?  There IS a lot to be said for duty, but personal responsibility is a separate creature from system responsibility. What does one do upon awakening and realizing their life is about someone ELSE’S expectations, purpose, and passion? What does one do upon awakening and seeing that their life is devoid of meaning? What does one do when they suddenly see their soul dying before them?

First, we stop. We cannot chart a new course if we do not know where we are on the map.  You youarehere7-2know exactly what I mean by this. All of us have been in some humongous mall looking for a specific store, feeling totally lost and clueless as to how to get there. Then, a miracle happens! We see a large MAP of the Mall!  First, we find the store, and then we search for that “X”, the one that says “YOU ARE HERE”.  It is only then we can successfully reach our objective.

Three years ago, I realized I was neck deep in Quicksand. All my accomplishments and achievements did not bring me joy. I was, and am, a happy person, because I CHOOSE Happiness [It’s good for my health!], but my life did not quicken my spirit, ignite my soul, or capture my imagination.

b405e1091eae0436036d306402903988I stumbled upon The Master Key Experience, and charted a course to a life of passion and purpose.  I was not very far off course, but that self-discovery course correction has made all the difference in the world. My life is fired by ENTHUSIASM for all that I now do. I released that which did not serve me. The beauty in this is that the service I render unto others became exponentially more powerful and effective as a result. Focusing on living an authentic life changes everything.

There was no magic wand waved turning my pumpkin life into a fabulous coach. There is a lot of effort required when you embark upon your Hero’s Journey. And I’m still on the path. New adventures open as present adventures end. Truly, my life is a miracle. And yours can be as well.

The Master Key Experience – Week C1 Life Changing Transitions

bs-stairway-to-heavenIt’s interesting the insights the Hero’s Journey gifts to the sojourner.  Last week, I received the ‘Death Watch’ call from my family. My mother, now in the 8th decade of her journey, is approaching death.  She suffers from Dementia, a terrible consciousness stealing process which takes down the body after it takes down the mind. Unable to swallow, her body has become skeletal. The sweetness of her soul still brightly shines. It’s a great gift to know that the essence of who you are, really, cannot be compromised by illness, trials, or anything else thrown in your path.  I am reminded of something Wayne Dyer often said.  When you squeeze an orange, you get orange juice.

What does all of THAT have to do with the Master Key Experience?

Everything.

We are saying good bye to someone we love and respect. Who she is can never be replaced. dotvital.com-fresh-orange-juiceShe is one of Nature’s Greatest Miracles, and for us, the special miracle of being a Mom.

The Law of Dual Substitution: We cannot think of two things at the same time. If a negative thought enters your mind, think about God. Jesus, the Master, said, resist not evil, meaning turn from it and think about something else instead.

I get to choose. I can think of ‘losing’ my mother, and go into depression and great sadness, or I can think about something else instead.  I can think of the many gifts she bestowed upon us throughout her life and ours. Out of her heart poured tens of thousands of loving-kindnesses to all she met, but especially to her children and her family. When I think on those, I smile, and I see the world as a beautiful, wonder-filled, total and completely astonishing place.  What a great gift.

The Law of Dual Thought: Thought is a combination of ideation and feeling. We can attach any feeling to a thought we want.

heaven-gatewayI get to choose. I can be angry and sad that she is dying, or I can feel overwhelming Gratitude for the privilege of knowing her, loving her, and being loved by her. I can feel grief, or recognize the greater truth that she is an eternal being, and that presence in my life will continue, albeit in a difference manner. I can choose to feel happy for her that she is about to embark upon the greatest of all adventures: eternity.

In the Master Key Experience, we discover our authentic selves, the one that, when squeezed, emits the essential truths, characteristics, and values of who we are created to be.  We discover how to transform limiting habits and beliefs into powerful allies that propel us on the journey to our magnificence. We discover a brilliant light shining from our core that cannot be extinguished.  We discover and uncover. I am so thankful to continue to be on this Hero’s Journey.

Week 24: The Master Key Experience – 8 Amazing Results

storm-bald-eagleSMALLWhat a ride!  Self-Discovery blooming into self-reliance. Thinking, self-directed, fully awake, fully alive men and women.

Last September, those starting their Hero’s Journey were little eaglets, chirping in the nest high above the canyons of their minds, their hearts, and their lives. Now, they are launched from the nest, effortlessly soaring the uplifts and air currents which the universe brings to support their journeys into their magnificence.

What are some of the fruits of this journey?

Delight: I have discovered the ability to delight in the world around me. That little five year old squealing joyously with the exuberance only a five year old can know once annoyed the living daylights out of me. Now, I find myself smiling broadly, thoroughly enjoying what it is to be ‘five’.

Awareness:  I am the Observer, not the Opinionator, and as such, I delight in continually learning more and more and more about this wonderful world in which I live.

Effortlessness:  There is a difference between rewarding work and toil.  In the Garden, Adam tended the Garden. Once expelled from the Garden, he toiled, struggling to bring forth the harvest from the soil. The one was effortless co-creation. The other, drudgery. Effortless means the experience of accomplishing the objective is joy rather than toil.  I don’t know about you, but I’ll take joy!

Courage: We learn that all the riches in life are within us.  Following our bliss is our decision toSteve-Jobs-Courage-quote be alive to our purpose and passion, to be willing to do whatever it takes to make that unique contribution which is the expression of the Divine abiding in our hearts. Many hear the Herald’s Call to this Greatest of all Adventures.  Few ever find the courage to answer that call.  We did.

Gratitude:  HA!!!  I love this one!  Gratitude as CAUSE!!!  The more I see for which I consciously give thanks, the more there is in my life for which gratitude is the spontaneous response flowing forth from my heart.  And, just as an aside, it is impossible to be anxious or depressed when your heart is filled with gratitude.

Emotional Mastery: I’ve been called ‘annoyingly happy’.  To that, I smile and say ‘THANK YOU!’ [There’s that gratitude thing again!] I Choose Happy! It’s good for my health.  I, and only I, have the power to determine my emotional state.

You are FREE to Choose, But you are not FREE from the Consequence of your CHOICE

Responsible:  I am 100% Responsible for EVERYTHING in my life.  So, if I am happy, it’s my choice. If I am angry, it’s also my choice. If I don’t like what is happening in my world, or if I absolutely LOVE it, it is still my choice….. Out of taking this on, I also get

Freedom: Once I own that I am 100% responsible for everything in my life, I am set free from caring about the expectations others attempt to place upon me. It is the freedom to let my YES be YES, and my NO be NO.  It’s called having boundaries, and it sets your life up for limitlessness.
