Week 24: The Master Key Experience – 8 Amazing Results

storm-bald-eagleSMALLWhat a ride!  Self-Discovery blooming into self-reliance. Thinking, self-directed, fully awake, fully alive men and women.

Last September, those starting their Hero’s Journey were little eaglets, chirping in the nest high above the canyons of their minds, their hearts, and their lives. Now, they are launched from the nest, effortlessly soaring the uplifts and air currents which the universe brings to support their journeys into their magnificence.

What are some of the fruits of this journey?

Delight: I have discovered the ability to delight in the world around me. That little five year old squealing joyously with the exuberance only a five year old can know once annoyed the living daylights out of me. Now, I find myself smiling broadly, thoroughly enjoying what it is to be ‘five’.

Awareness:  I am the Observer, not the Opinionator, and as such, I delight in continually learning more and more and more about this wonderful world in which I live.

Effortlessness:  There is a difference between rewarding work and toil.  In the Garden, Adam tended the Garden. Once expelled from the Garden, he toiled, struggling to bring forth the harvest from the soil. The one was effortless co-creation. The other, drudgery. Effortless means the experience of accomplishing the objective is joy rather than toil.  I don’t know about you, but I’ll take joy!

Courage: We learn that all the riches in life are within us.  Following our bliss is our decision toSteve-Jobs-Courage-quote be alive to our purpose and passion, to be willing to do whatever it takes to make that unique contribution which is the expression of the Divine abiding in our hearts. Many hear the Herald’s Call to this Greatest of all Adventures.  Few ever find the courage to answer that call.  We did.

Gratitude:  HA!!!  I love this one!  Gratitude as CAUSE!!!  The more I see for which I consciously give thanks, the more there is in my life for which gratitude is the spontaneous response flowing forth from my heart.  And, just as an aside, it is impossible to be anxious or depressed when your heart is filled with gratitude.

Emotional Mastery: I’ve been called ‘annoyingly happy’.  To that, I smile and say ‘THANK YOU!’ [There’s that gratitude thing again!] I Choose Happy! It’s good for my health.  I, and only I, have the power to determine my emotional state.

You are FREE to Choose, But you are not FREE from the Consequence of your CHOICE

Responsible:  I am 100% Responsible for EVERYTHING in my life.  So, if I am happy, it’s my choice. If I am angry, it’s also my choice. If I don’t like what is happening in my world, or if I absolutely LOVE it, it is still my choice….. Out of taking this on, I also get

Freedom: Once I own that I am 100% responsible for everything in my life, I am set free from caring about the expectations others attempt to place upon me. It is the freedom to let my YES be YES, and my NO be NO.  It’s called having boundaries, and it sets your life up for limitlessness.

Week 15: The Master Key Experience – A Matter of the Heart

SacrificeSacrifice was once defined to me as that which you give up today because you do not need it at the next level.  In other words, it is that which is stopping you.

In the Bible, we see this in the Parable of the Young, Rich Man.  Jesus tells him to go and sell everything he owns and to follow him.  The rich man cannot do this.  Was Jesus asking too much?  After all, who in their right mind would exchange wealth for poverty?

But it was not riches that stopped the young man. It was his attachment to and his love of  wealth and privilege that stopped him.  Jesus saw what was stopping the young man, and asked him to sacrifice it.

It was a matter of the heart.

Haanel says it eloquently:  “We cannot obtain what we lack if we tenaciously cling to what we have.” [15.5]

The conditions in my life today are the effects of my past choices, which were born out of my thinking.  Whatever we think about grows. What we forget atrophies.

It is always a matter of the heart.

In looking at the present conditions in my life with which I am displeased, I must ask myself, “What is it that I am tenaciously clinging to that keeps these conditions in my life?”

I have been struggling with my health and well-being. I’ve simply been tired all the time. Lack of vitality sucks the joy out of you. What am I tenaciously clinging to that is sucking the joy out of me?

In the last 6 months, moving the business, and then our home, and expanding the practice in the midst of flooding basements and audits resulted in both John and I collapsing over what was supposed to have been our Christmas Holiday.

What am I tenaciously clinging to?

A sense of urgency for the unimportant.  I’ve become The White Rabbit ever running down the White RabbitRabbit Hole managing THINGS instead of priorities.  In other words, I surrendered the Compass for the Clock.  This did not happen overnight, but started slowly, and gained momentum and intensity. I am here to tell you, Intensity is a poor imitation of ENTHUSIASM!!!  Hahahahaha!  And Enthusiasm is my hallmark energetic expression.  I was still able to BE it, but it had become an effort instead of effortless.

I am so thankful to see this!!!!  The Clock is a slave driver; the Compass, a life giver.  I am lighter and happier knowing that the habits developed and entrained over the Master Key Experience are my Compass Restoration tools, and I am implementing them.  It’s my own “The Force Awakens” experience.

Heart-Sun1

It’s a matter of the heart.

Week 11 – The Master Key Experience – The DOMINO EFFECT

cause and effect“It is well, however, to remember that while every effect is the result of a cause, the effect, in turn, becomes a cause, which creates other effects, which in turn create still other causes, so that when you put the Law of Attraction [The Law of Karma, or the Law of Cause and Effect] into operation, you must remember that you are starting a train of causation for good or otherwise which may have endless possibilities.”  Charles Haanel, The Master Key – Part Eleven

Consciousness is the ultimate Personal Responsibility Paradigm, calling into play every aspect of our being.  We recently had our basement flood.  What caused that? The failure of the builder 45 years ago to seal the foundation combined with ineffective drainage from the gutters.  We got to walk into observing the Law of Attraction/Law of Cause and Effect up front and personal playing out in our new home.  It played beautifully into Scroll III from The Greatest Salesman in the World: “I will be liken to the rain drop which washes away the mountain; the ant who devours a tiger; the star which brightens the earth; the slave who builds a pyramid. I will build my castle one brick at a time for I know that small attempts, repeated, will complete any undertaking.  I will persist until I succeed.”

One raindrop at a time, until the foundation was saturated along with the earth, and the Persistencewater pushed through, covering our floors and then leaching up into the walls, until they, too were saturated.

Nature instructs beautifully.

A cause, 45 years in the making, combining with other causes, until the breach in the walls occurred.

If this is true of the power of a raindrop, how much more so is it true of the power of our thoughts?  What effects am I unconsciously creating?  Am I being a powerful Gatekeeper of my Mind, or am I in the default mode, allowing access to negativity, doubt, fear, collective consciousness……

I get to choose.

And I master the tools, so that I choose wisely.

The Domino Effect of Thought:  Play it out to the end in your mind’s eye, and rejoice in the possibilities if you are the Master of your Mind. Or if you are not, then, at the least, prepare for what may occur, for unconscious creation obeys the same laws.
