WEEK TWO: The Great MKMMA Adventures Meets The Bluebird of Unhappiness

bluebird landing

I love blue birds.  I am blessed to have a number of them living nearby, and it is always a joy to me to see them.  I smile delightedly, declaring that the Blue Bird of Happiness has just crossed my path and given me its blessing.  The Blue birds and I meet on many a morning throughout the Spring and Summer.

Now, on the Great MKMMA Adventure, this hero has descended into the DARK SIDE of Blue-Bird-Dom.  We are learning to tweetolutionTWEET….well….some of us are learning to use Twitter, but this particular child of God cannot discern why anyone would want to turn over the most precious possession we have, our time, to this black hole [or is that BLUE HOLE?] of Internet Distraction!   Seems humanity has reverted to its earliest manifestation in becoming enslaved to the tweet-mania, and is in danger of losing all ability to be alive in the world!!!!………or is he learning to fly in a different manner?

BaliHaiposterIt’s not exactly the call of Bali Hai.  Hmmmm. How does that song go?

Bali Hai may call you,
Any night, any day,
In your heart, you’ll hear it call you:
“Come away…Come away.”

Which is exactly what Twittermania does!  Call you away from life!!!!  Or is that the old blueprint talking?

To Tweet or Not to Tweet.  That is the question.  Whether tis nobler in the mind to entice a sleeping world that they may not suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, awakening the follow me genius within that their own Hero’s Journey may ensue, or to take up arms against all hope, and abandon them to their governmental programming and the fraud that passes for education.  Do we forsake humanity to purported gurus, or light a beacon which they may follow?  Did I say FOLLOW????  [How many followers do I have?]  I must burn all bridges that allow retreat [or is that re-tweet?] and master the technology.  The New Blue Print Calls me!  That’s my Bali Hai, and the blue birds of happiness appear where ever I open my heart to see them.

It takes FAITH to continue on the Journey, but the Journey, and the Adventure, are well worth it!
